Property Boss provides full-service property management for owners of single-family homes, condos, multi-unit buildings, and commercial property across Indiana and Florida.

You keep ownership, insurance, and your mortgage. We become your operating layer, leasing, collection, maintenance, legal, and reporting.

Fees are transparent: typically 8–10% of monthly rent for single-family plus a one-time leasing fee. 30-day cancellation, no penalty.
